I really like Paper Mill Store products, but I was disappointed with the glossy paper I recently ordered. I didn't realize it was only glossy on one side of the paper. I didn't notice anything specific while I was ordering that drew attention to the fact that it was only glossy on one side - or perhaps I'm not familiar enough with the technical way something like that is stated. But, perhaps you could make it very obvious so the purchaser isn't surprised when the package comes in the mail. [...]

This was a good paper, but I thought it was thicker, but it did work very well for funeral programs.
